ERSA VERSAFLOW - reproducible quality combined with highest flexibility
The ERSA VERSAFLOW consist of 3 independently programmable and operating modules: a micro-drop fluxer mounted on an X/Y-table, a fix mounted preheating module and s solder module positioned on an X/Y/Z-table. An optional teach-in function is also available. To reduce the formation of oxydes in the solder bath, and to improve the quality of the soldering joints, the complete bath is inerted. High equipment availability and low maintenance are thus assured. A large variety of easily interchangeable solder nozzles of different sizes and shapes are made available, permitting to use the best nozzle configuration for each product.
With ERSAsoft, the WindowsTM based operating software of the system, each joint can be processed using the parameters most suitable for making a good strong connection - no compromises have to accepted. This goes a long way towards the drive to Zero-Defect Soldering.
The VERSAFLOW can be extended to increase the throughput of the line by the addition of a second module and an optional pre-heater.
