The Insta Mark 126 is our most popular model. It is excellent for all inspection marking on nonporous surfaces. Our new casing design dramatically improves the soft-touch application, for permanent and readable marks. The Insta Mark 126 has a .45 maximum diameter print area. You may choose from standard 1/4" or 3/8" diameter symbols (see below) or you may customize any configuration you need.

The Insta Mark 116, with its small diameter marking head is very popular for making custom inspection symbols in all those hard-to-reach places. The plastic housing, with it's marking head only .370 in diameter, allows the user to mark between components on stuffed printed circuit board. In addition, the Insta mark 116 takes advantage of the micro-adjustment feature so operator can stamp clear, consistent impressions with characters as small as .0525 in height.

Pullman band stamps are your answer for marking part numbers, serial number, date codes and other information which change regularly. They are made up according to the information you want to convey. They can be bands, or as many as you need to meet your application. Sizes range from 1/16" high to 1 1/4" tall characters. Finally, for those customer who are using epoxy or other harsh inks, Pullman bands can be manufactured from Buna-N rubber, Buna-N is a synthetic, neoprene rubber designed to be more impervious to harsh (i.e. epoxy) inks and solvent. Therefore, Buna-N Pullman band stamp minimize stamp deterioration and repurchase frequency.

These rugged inspection stamps come in four different sizes (1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 5/8 diameter).They are ideal for paperwork, quality control and products identification. The handles are easy to grip and small enough to fit in your pocket. Each cap holds a felt pad for short-term ink storage. In addition, all stamps are molded with Buna-N synthetic rubber in a solid rubber plug. This eliminates the die separation that occurs with glued together stamps. These quality inspection stamps may be use with separate ink sources such as the Mark II, Opaque and Stone Pads.

Do you ever need to mark in a TIGHT AREA and find that your STAMPS DON"T FIT! Perhaps you're marking on highly populated printed circuit board or inside a chassis. If so, a stick stamp can do the trick. VRS stick stamps are mounted on a 3-inch rectangular stick. Unlike most manufacturers who use round pegs, VRS Marking cuts the stick to the size of the die (the stamp).

By cutting the stick in this manner, the user can place the impression in the exact location desired. Hard to reach locations are now accessible. Stick stamps can range from single character to logos with multiple lines of text. Finally, our stamps are made with Buna-N rubber.
